Assistant HR Supervisor
Gurwin Healthcare System is a full continuum of care providing extraordinary care and caring to the people that we serve. They are currently seeking an Assistant HR Supervisor for their Certified and Licensed Home Care Agencies to manage HR processes, ensure compliance, and assist with recruitment and employee retention efforts.

Responsibilities
Recruitment of HHAs from the application through the hiring process for LHCSA
Responsible for the HR process for both LHCSA and CHHA
Ensure HR and Staffing compliance with Agencies and NYSDOH regulation requirements
Assist CHCO and Director of Home care with operational issues, ensuring NYS DOH compliance, and ensuring the reputation of Gurwin Healthcare System
Responsible for recruitment, hiring and retention. Coordinate and promote various employee recognition events
Coordinate with Gurwin Healthcare Systems’ HR Department in the administration of employees’ benefits
Report directly to CHCO in managing day-to-day operations
Qualification
Required
A BS degree in Health Care or degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
Excellent organizational skills, highly detail oriented with strong analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred
Previous HR experience in Home Care setting strongly preferred
