Draft correspondence and other formal documents
Case intake
Assign cases
Answer inbound phone calls
Send/receive emails in a timely manner
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Qualification
Required
Previous Experience In Office Administration Or Other Related Fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft Word and Outlook
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
