Director/ExecutiveBreathing Room Foundation is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a full-time remote position. The CFO will oversee financial planning, prepare and analyze financial statements, and manage fiscal strategy to support the organization's mission.

Overseeing the organization’s financial planning
Preparing and analyzing financial statements
Coordinating financial reporting
Ensuring accurate accounting practices
Budgeting
Forecasting
Managing financial records
Advising on fiscal strategy to align with the organization’s mission
Collaborating closely with leadership to ensure sustainable financial growth and compliance with applicable regulations
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Financial Planning, budgeting, and developing fiscal strategies
Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and reports
Strong skills in Finance, including financial management and oversight
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
Experience in Financial Reporting and compliance with regulations
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a CPA or MBA is a strong advantage
Preferred
Prior experience in non-profit financial management
