Responsibilities
Manage user data access permission and data access requests, while complying with Access Management and compliance standards
Attend all required Access Management subject training as well as complete all L3H mandatory training
Identify and document data owners when needed for resolution of access requests following standards
Complete requests for privileged account access to data as well as account creation and password safety
Complete requests for group policy exceptions in accordance with standards and compliance
Collaborate with other departments, such as security and compliance, to ensure data security policies are effectively implemented
Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex data security issues
Other duties as identified
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 0 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
Preferred
Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, enterprise IT, and Active Directory
Familiarity with data security and governance principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on building relationships and ensuring internal customer satisfaction
