Responsibilities
Respond to member inquiries and requests in a structured contact center
Provide detailed information about products and services
Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, and IRAs
Advise members on products and services that meet their needs
Ensure optimal customer service using active listening and engagement methods
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills
Proficiency in data entry
Experience with inbound and outbound calls
Ability to adapt to multiple systems
Capability to handle high volume calls in a structured environment
Preferred
Experience in call center, administrative, or professional environments
Background in banking, mortgage, or high-volume retail settings
Ability to comply with policy and procedures in a structured environment
