Responsibilities

Serve as the brand’s gatekeeper, owning packaging, visual identity, messaging, and annual brand themes. Ensure consistency across products, retailers, and channels while evolving the brand as the business scales
Lead all packaging updates, line extensions, shippers, displays, and brand assets
Manage freelance designers and agencies while remaining deeply involved in concepting, feedback, and final execution
Partner closely with sales to develop compelling sell-in materials, retail storytelling, and shopper-facing assets
Support shopper marketing initiatives while recognizing sales owns in-store execution and retailer programming
Develop a repeatable, cost-effective approach to producing content in-house, including video and brand storytelling
Own brand presence at trade shows and expos to include booth design, materials, and overall brand presentation
Manage a sub marketing budget with discipline and creativity
