Responsibilities
Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
Adhere to all established case‑scheduling policies and procedures
Communicate all relevant details for each scheduled appointment to appropriate parties
Audit and/or complete electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner
Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy while working under deadlines
Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, peers, and leadership on a daily basis
Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to the organization’s core values
Qualification
Required
2+ years of recent call center experience
Strong adaptability (willingness to work across different departments as needed)
Excellent attention to detail, especially in data entry
Ability to communicate clearly and positively with patients, team members, and leadership
Quick thinking and the ability to respond professionally in fast‑moving situations
Demonstrated empathy and strong interpersonal skills
Call center operations
Customer service
Accurate and efficient data entry
Preferred
