ASSOCIATE ACCOUNTING ANALYST
Caltrans District 3 is seeking a motivated self-starter for the Associate Accounting Analyst position in the County Payments Unit. This role is responsible for overseeing payment activities for all county programs and requires collaboration with various state and county partners.

Acts as lead and is responsible for the payment activities of all county programs
Works independently and in a team environment, collaborating with California Department of Social Services staff and county partners as well as state control agencies

A STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ) IS REQUIRED
The SOQ must be in 12 pt. Arial font; have 1” margins; be limited to two single-sided pages; be in narrative form (no bullet points); and detail your interest in the Department of Social Services and how your education and experience qualifies you for the position
You are required to complete employment history on the application form (STD 678)
If you are meeting minimum qualifications with education, you must include your unofficial transcripts for verification
Candidates who reside outside of the State of California may be admitted to the job interview, but they must provide proof of residence in California prior to being eligible for appointment
Completed applications and all required documents must be received or postmarked by the Final Filing Date in order to be considered
Individuals who are currently in the classification, eligible for lateral transfer, eligible for reinstatement, have list or LEAP eligibility, are in the process of obtaining list eligibility, or have SROA and/or Surplus eligibility (please attach your letter, if available)
