Research Assistant
aiGENE is dedicated to developing innovative solutions for affordable, rapid, and universal pan-cancer monitoring. The Research Assistant will conduct laboratory experiments, analyze data, and assist with research projects to support the development of innovative solutions in cancer screening and therapy monitoring.

Maintaining accurate records
Collaborating with the research team to ensure project objectives are met
Supporting ongoing projects
Contributing to the development of innovative solutions in cancer screening and therapy monitoring
Perform tests on a wide array of ctDNA samples
Partner closely with a supervisor and contribute to projects that could potentially have a direct impact on oncology care for patients
Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate results of your work in both verbal and written formats
Keep careful notes
Comply with all required training
Maintain a focused attention on laboratory safety for yourself and your team
Perform wet lab bioassays and analyses to evaluate cfDNA samples
Identify and develop best practice improvements for implementing potential diagnostics operations for measurement of ctDNA
Function independently and proactively in a multi-disciplinary collaborative environment
Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analysis
Hands-on experience with Laboratory Skills and techniques
Proven Research capabilities and ability to contribute to scientific projects
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Background in biology, biochemistry, or a related field; Bachelor's degree required
Hands on experience working with nucleic acids
Preferred
advanced degree preferred
