Simple Quarters is a residential real estate company focused on buying and selling discounted homes in the Indianapolis/Central Indiana market. They are seeking a Lead Engagement Specialist to be the first voice for motivated home sellers, responding to leads and setting appointments for Acquisitions Managers.

Responsibilities
Respond quickly to inbound seller leads (calls/texts/web)
Make consistent outbound follow-ups to warm/older leads
Qualify sellers (condition, motivation, timeline, price expectations)
Set quality appointments for our Acquisitions Managers
Document clean notes and update statuses in Salesforce (CRM)
Follow a proven script/process and improve through coaching
Qualification
Required
Strong phone communication + rapport-building
Coachable, consistent, resilient
Organized and detail-oriented with follow-up
Sales/call center/appointment-setting experience
Quiet professional workspace
Reliable internet
Computer + headset
