Responsibilities

Perform general handyman duties, including painting, drywall repairs, door/window adjustments, hardware replacement, and minor plumbing/electrical fixes

Execute light carpentry work such as framing, trim installation, shelving, cabinetry, and wood repairs

Travel to various job sites throughout the Houston area based on the daily/weekly schedule

Diagnose issues and provide accurate material and labor estimates as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are in proper working condition

Communicate with project managers and property staff regarding project status and completion timelines

Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
