They are seeking an Associate in the Research division to design and enhance metrics for analyst performance tracking, conduct data analytics, and support strategic initiatives for the Research COO team.
Responsibilities
Design and enhance the metrics and reporting for Research analyst performance tracking
Guide Research analysts with client targeting and client engagement strategies by consolidating and analyzing large data sets
Conduct data analytics to distill information into clear summaries and strategic insights for senior management
Develop requirements and manage delivery for management data platforms
Use Python to automate and streamline data process and emails generation
Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the Research COO team
Collaborate with team members and cross-divisional stakeholders in the US and overseas
Qualification
Required
Requires a Master's in Marketing Analytics, Finance, or a related field
Requires one (1) year of experience in the position offered or one (1) year as a Data Analyst or a related role
Requires one (1) year of experience with the following skills: SQL
Requires one (1) year of experience with the following skills: Python
Requires one (1) year of experience with the following skills: Excel
Requires one (1) year of experience with the following skills: VBA
Requires one (1) year of experience with the following skills: Data cleaning
