The candidate will focus on gathering data and tracking status for various change initiatives in business operations such as legal and regulatory compliance, collaborating with different teams to document business requirements and assist with project management tasks.

Qualification
Required
Business Analysis experience in Project Management or Change Management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently
General knowledge of Securities and Risk
Regulatory operations environment experience
Work directly with senior leaders, serves as main POC for global registration governance in global ops, facilitate changes related to securities
Manage SECC swap based securities and FINRA coverage
Develop commentary for charges, prepare presentations
Preferred
Educated to degree level
Experience in Financial Services and highly regulated industries
Knowledge of structured business analysis techniques like 6 Sigma
