Engage with potential candidates in person, online, in your day to day conversations
Share hiring information at events, busy areas, campuses, gyms, hospitality hotspots, etc
Encourage qualified candidates to apply and attend hiring events
Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically
Track referrals and communicate regularly with the hiring team
Qualification
Required
