Required

Ability to relocate to Glen Allen, VA for the duration of the 1 year training program, and to the assigned branch location within the Northeast Division footprint (Maine to Virginia) upon completion of the program
A desire and the drive to be a leader in a constantly growing industry!
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
Having a valid driver's license
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and be able to safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
Willing to work in different types of weather conditions

Preferred

An associate or bachelor degree, preferably in Business Management, Sales, Operations Management, or Finance
The ideal candidate would be a new college graduate or have 1-3 years of working experience out of college
