Iberia Foods is a company specializing in co-packing services for various beverage products. The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all QA-related documentation and processes to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

Organize, maintain, and control QA documentation including SOPs, protocols, reports, logs, and records

Review, update, revise, and archive quality documents following document control procedures

Prepare documentation packages and summary reports for management review

Coordinate laboratory equipment calibration schedules and maintain related records

Coordinate shipment of samples to external laboratories and maintain tracking

Support audit readiness and assist during audits

Develop and maintain organized electronic and hard-copy document storage systems in compliance with QA document control requirements

Perform data entry into quality systems and Excel spreadsheets

Provide administrative support to the QA department

Operate standard office equipment

Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts

Perform other QA documentation-related duties as assigned

Maintaining an organized office calendar and appointments as needed to the department

Coordinate and place orders for supplies, materials, and equipment required for the department

Required

High school diploma or GED required

Strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel, document management systems)

Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable in a manufacturing environment

Preferred

Some inventory/order experience a big plus and helpful but not required
