The Digital Documentation Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, and standardizing all manufacturing process documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy while collaborating with various teams to support training and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain work instructions , method sheets , and process documentation

Ensure standardization and version control across all manufacturing documents

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to capture accurate process details

Support new product introductions by creating and updating relevant documentation

Qualification

Manufacturing documentationPLM systemsERP (SAP)CAD systemsFluent in English

Required

You are engaged in the manufacturing industry, with 3+ years of relevant work experience

Ability to demonstrate your experience in manufacturing documentation creation

You are fluent in English

You hold current US citizenship or VISA

Preferred

Experience with PLM, ERP (SAP), and/or CAD systems is highly desired

2 Year Technical Degree in a related field is desired
