Responsibilities

Achieve sales quotas by managing territory, developing new business, and maintaining existing accounts
Travel within assigned territory to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and pursue business opportunities
Research prospective customers and market conditions, prepare presentations, and support product positioning
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including handling inquiries, complaints, and collections
Manage account orders: process purchase orders, confirm pricing and shipping schedules, and monitor inventory
Conduct competitor research and provide insights for product/service development
Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent; or combination of education and experience
7–10 years of related sales/account management experience
Strong skills in analysis, negotiation, planning, presentation, problem-solving, and time management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
Must be able to travel frequently by air and car
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs
Japanese and English bilingual required
