Benchmark Community Bank is a full-service financial institution seeking to hire a Roving Relationship Teller. This position is responsible for providing high levels of customer service across multiple locations, processing financial transactions, and building relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Provide high level of customer service to customers in any of the 18 locations
Efficiently process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments
Utilize product knowledge to recommend financial products and services to meet customer needs
Maintain a cash drawer with proper controls, ensuring it balances at the end of each day
Count cash, enter information into a computer, comply with check-cashing guidelines, and look for fraudulent activity
Take on service opportunities including new account processing and updating customer information

Qualification

Banking experienceBasic math skillsComputer skillsRelationship buildingFlexibility to travel

Required

Flexibility to travel as needed to our different locations
Excellent relationship building skills
Basic math and computer skills

Preferred

1 -2 years of banking experience
