Responsibilities
The Customer Service Rep handles customer service inquiries and problems
Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific mortgage campaigns
Receiving inbound customer calls. Identify what are the customer’s needs and then route them to the appropriate department
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required
Outbound call center experience or experience handling loans or mortgage
Preferred
Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred (ability to handle rejection)
Candidates with prior call center experience, sales background, high volume/fast paced are preferred
Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience preferred (not required)
Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, Cold calling phone sales preferred experience
Able to handle a fast paced environment and able to multi-task
