New Grad, Entry LevelStealth Mode Startup is seeking a Junior Social Content Creator to develop engaging short-form videos for various social media platforms. The role involves creating scripts, shooting footage, and editing videos while maintaining a consistent voice and staying updated on platform trends.

Responsibilities
Create short-form, native-feeling UGC videos for Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn (15–60s): hooks, talking-head, POV, trends, simple explainers, meme-style
Turn rough briefs into scripts, shoot footage, and deliver edited videos with captions, on-screen text, and basic motion/graphics
Produce multiple variations per concept (different hooks/angles) and iterate based on performance feedback
Maintain a consistent voice and quality while staying on top of platform trends and formats
Deliver assets on a weekly cadence and keep files organized for handoff (raw + edited)
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to create UGC that feels organic and drives retention (portfolio or examples required)
Strong on-camera presence and clear storytelling (hook → value → CTA)
Solid editing skills (CapCut/Premiere/Final Cut), including subtitles and fast-paced cuts
Comfortable creating content for professional audiences (founders, operators, analysts, experts)
Ability to work quickly, take direction, and self-manage with minimal supervision
Familiar with testing and analytics basics (watch time, hooks, CTR, saves/shares)
Preferred
Experience in tech, productivity, careers, or AI-adjacent content
Ability to write punchy scripts and source trend references fast
Experience repurposing one idea across multiple platforms
