Responsibilities

Educate clients on insurance products tailored to meet their unique needs
Build and maintain relationships with clients, particularly in the senior community
Assist clients in securing life insurance policies, final expense coverage, and other financial solutions
Conduct needs assessments to provide personalized recommendations
Manage your own schedule and achieve personal sales goals
Participate in ongoing professional development and training provided by NASB

Qualification

Required

Strong sales or customer service background (e.g., car sales, solar sales, retail, etc.)
Passion for helping others and creating meaningful client relationships

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must be 21 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. and be able to pass a background and fingerprint check

Preferred

Life Insurance license preferred but not required (training and assistance provided to obtain a license)
