Responsibilities
Help design an AI-enabled, enterprise-scale Salesforce platform
Define platform architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds and orgs
Design AI-first solutions using Salesforce’s AI ecosystem
Ensure secure, scalable integrations with enterprise systems and contact-center technologies
Active involvement in proof-of-concept development
Ownership of architectural standards, security, and DevOps practices
Qualification
Required
Salesforce Service Cloud, enterprise integrations, and contact-center platforms
Working knowledge of Experience Cloud and enterprise multi-org, multi-cloud Salesforce environments
Understanding of REST-based API integration patterns
Practical experience designing AI-driven solutions using the Einstein 1 Platform, Prompt Builder etc
Familiarity with Data Cloud, event-driven architectures, and API-led connectivity
Solid foundation in DevOps and CI/CD, using Copado or similar tools for automated testing and release governance
