The role involves supporting the procurement process by converting requisitions into purchase orders and maintaining accurate records while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities
Review and process requisitions accurately and efficiently
Convert approved requisitions into purchase orders within the procurement system
Verify pricing, quantities, and vendor details for accuracy
Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies or missing information
Maintain organized digital records of requisitions and purchase orders (including PDF files)
Assist with general administrative tasks related to procurement and inventory control
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the purchasing process
Qualification
Required
Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
Familiarity with handling PDFs and maintaining organized records
Basic experience or exposure to inventory control or administrative workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and learn new systems quickly
Preferred
Basic understanding of procurement or purchasing processes
Previous administrative, data entry, or support experience
Exposure to enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle)
