Responsibilities

Support continuation and growth of the quality management system. Ensure all parts of the applicable standard, processes, and customer expectations are embedded within the site procedures. Lead functions such as internal audits, instrument calibration, corrective actions, and more

Lead various teams to reduce/resolve customer complaints, customer audit findings, internal rejections, etc. in a timely manner and ensure identified root cause/corrective and preventative actions are effective to prevent reoccurrence

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the site directly related to the quality management system. Work with various departments to implement and modify procedures, work instructions, training matrices, forms, etc. where necessary

Support new qualification and new product trials to ensure all aspects of the quality management system are being considered and covered
