NOC Support Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Network Operations Support Analyst to support customers' Mainframe and Core Cloud systems. This NOC Analyst will monitor core systems/processes, mainframe job scheduling, and provide additional support for business partners and internal customers.

Responsibilities

Provide 24/7 monitoring and operational support for mainframe and cloud systems

Monitor and submit customer mainframe batch jobs and remediate abends using CA7, CA Scheduler, IBM Tivoli, or similar tools

Prior NOC/Operations Center/Help Desk experience

Experience supporting desktop, server, or network environments

Track and escalate network/server outages and support incident triage and correlation

Act as a communication hub during operational events, including participating in bridge calls

Assist with server patching, update runbooks and procedures, and support automation initiatives

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
