Responsibilities
Review customer specifications, purchase orders, and applicable industry standards
Develop engineering documentation including SolidWorks models and drawings, bills of material, and test requirements
Support manufacturing, testing, and quality teams to ensure safe, reliable, and on-time delivery
Collaborate with sales, operations, and customers to resolve technical questions
Assist with engineering analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of pump systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
Typically 0–2 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (or a strong new graduate)
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
Curiosity, accountability, and a desire to learn from experienced engineers
Preferred
Experience with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks
Familiarity with AutoCAD or Inventor a plus
