Entry, Mid LevelBmore Studio is seeking a TikTok Video Creator to manage and oversee their signed creators on TikTok. The role involves creator management, recruitment, and content creation, ensuring high-quality performance and engagement with the creator community.

Responsibilities
Manage TikTok accounts and posting schedules
Oversee signed creators’ content delivery and performance
Communicate briefs, timelines, and content guidelines to creators
Monitor content quality, compliance, and engagement metrics
Maintain creator records, deliverables, and coordination logs
Identify and reach out to potential new TikTok creators
Support onboarding and early-stage creator training
Build and maintain relationships with creators and communities
Assist in growing the creator pool through referrals and outreach
Coordinate with internal teams to scale creator operations
Participate in on-site shoots (hotels, local venues, experiences)
Film short-form TikTok videos
Edit and publish videos following content briefs and platform trends
Support content ideation and improve storytelling quality
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with TikTok and short-form video trends
Experience in content creation, creator management, or social media operations
Comfortable filming, editing, and appearing on-site when needed
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple creators simultaneously
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
