Account Executive, SMB - $140-150k OTE (Uncapped) + Pre-IPO Equity - US Remote
Tick Talent is a fast-scaling, mission-led SaaS company focused on improving animal health and care. They are seeking an Account Executive who will own the full sales cycle and work closely with clinical stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
Owning the full sales cycle from first conversation through close
Leading discovery with clinical, operational, and practice-level stakeholders
Understanding the realities of care environments: time pressure, emotional load, and operational complexity
Mapping day-to-day challenges to meaningful business and care outcomes
Delivering tailored demos aligned to real workflows
Driving momentum with clear next steps and structured follow-up
Partnering closely with onboarding and customer teams
Managing pipeline and forecasting with discipline
Qualification
Required
1+ years of SaaS sales experience (SMB or high-velocity preferred)
Proven success running discovery and closing deals
Experience selling into medical, medtech, animal health, or vertical SaaS environments
An understanding of how clinical or care-based teams operate day to day
A consultative, value-led sales style built on trust (Sandler training would be a plus as it's how we operate)
Based in an eligible US region
Personally motivated by improving outcomes for animals and the people who care for them
