Responsibilities
Building and shaping the systems that everything else depends on
Designing and implementing core backend services and APIs
Building systems that scale cleanly as usage grows
Owning services end-to-end, from early design through production and iteration
Doing some infrastructure work (cloud architecture, reliability, performance, and tooling)
Working closely with ML, product, and frontend engineers to turn ideas into shipped features
Qualification
Required
4+ Years' experience in SW Engineering - language-agnostic but ideally strong knowledge of Go / Rust / C++
Expertise building and operating meaningful backend systems in production
Experience building APIs and services that other engineers actually enjoy using
Exposure to infrastructure, cloud systems, or platform work
Curiosity about AI products and excitement about building real systems around them
Demonstrable excellence and evidence of high-performance
