Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks to support investment services operations and ensure efficiency
Assist with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures to maintain regulatory standards
Conduct research and analysis using tools like Capital IQ to support investment decision-making
Prepare reports and presentations on discounted cash flow and other investment metrics
Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service to clients
Maintain organized documentation and records for buy-side investment activities
Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data and create detailed financial spreadsheets
Support the team in tracking and monitoring investment portfolios and their performance
Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring timely communication between stakeholders
Assist in resolving client inquiries and providing solutions to enhance satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative assistance or a related role
Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and processes
Knowledge of buy-side investments and financial analysis techniques
Proficiency in tools such as Capital IQ and Microsoft Excel
Ability to analyze discounted cash flow and other financial metrics
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle client inquiries effectively
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
