Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale energy storage and infrastructure initiatives
Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in alignment with organizational strategy
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies proactively
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Facilitate communication and decision-making across cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, sales, and services)
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, safety requirements, and quality assurance processes
Mentor and supervise project coordinators and junior project managers, fostering professional growth
Drive adoption of project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects in energy, infrastructure, or construction
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification strongly preferred
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Preferred

Knowledge of utility-scale energy storage systems, renewable energy, or large infrastructure projects
Understanding of permitting, interconnection, and regulatory processes
Experience working with EPCs, utilities, IPPs, or project developers
Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
