Responsibilities

Grow business within your assigned territory by maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities

Develop and present programs to customers and internal sales teams

Analyze competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead

Partner with Sales Directors and colleagues to focus on professional job business and high-volume accounts

Build complete knowledge of our bathing products and their applications

Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events

Operate within a designated Travel & Entertainment budget

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field OR at least 5 years of sales experience in industrial products or complex commercial product sales

Strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and exceed measurable performance goals

Technical aptitude to understand and propose products/solutions based on client needs

Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications

Willingness to work outside of standard business hours (8 AM – 5 PM) as needed

Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory

Must be Authorized to Work in the United States
