Educate clients on risks and offer real solutions
Conduct cold calling, networking, and site visits
Mentor others and contribute to the growth of the agency
Qualification
Required
Experience in Landscaping & Outdoor Services B2B sales or something closely related
Ability to build relationships
Experience with cold calling, networking, and site visits
Understanding of the rhythm of sales to landscape professionals
Ability to specialize and value deep-rooted relationships over quick wins
Ability to educate clients and help them make better decisions
Energized by technology, including quoting platforms, CRM tools, and AI assistants
Desire to mentor others
