Service Desk Analyst
TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their growing Service Desk team. The role involves providing customer-focused IT support, troubleshooting issues, and managing small technical projects.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Provide support via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot Windows devices, PCs, printers, and user issues
Handle networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Triage high-impact incidents
Work with management on process improvements and documentation
Manage small technical projects
Translate complex IT issues into simple explanations
Qualification
Required
1+ year of Helpdesk/Service Desk experience
Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory
Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
