Must have experience in selling both Landscaping and Snow with sales growth
Work with the field supervisors and foremen regarding scheduling
Schedule work in the most efficient manner
Time-keeping and organizational skills
Assist with the hiring, training, and retention of employees
Strive to meet sales-to-budget goals
Verify the accuracy of customer database information
Run weekly meeting with Landscape and snow crews
Manage the maintenance of all company equipment
Qualification
Required
Must have experience in selling both Landscaping and Snow with sales growth
Work with the field supervisors and foremen regarding scheduling
Schedule work in the most efficient manner
Time-keeping and organizational skills
Assist with the hiring, training, and retention of employees
You must have computer skills, including all Microsoft Office
Knowledge and use of Landscaping software (LMN)
Must have great communication skills
Must have experience with Skid Steer, Mowers, Loaders, Snowplows and power tools
7+ Years of Experience in the Lawn Care/Landscape/Snow Removal Industry in Sales & Account management
7+ years of Experience with working knowledge in the Lawn Care/Landscape/Snow Removal Industry
Clean driving record
