Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to plan, architect, implement and deliver new features and experiences
Oversee partnership with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., project manager, technical lead) to determine user requirements within and across teams for multiple solutions or product lines
Keep informed of and communicates new standards to ensure that the product development and scaling is to customer requirements, applying best practices for meeting scaling needs and performance expectations
Enable and fosters cross-team communications to drive cross-functional results and resolves conflicts between teams
Define team objectives and outcomes; Enable success across boundaries; Help the team adapt and learn
Provide technical and team leadership in efforts to collect, classify, and analyze complex data and analyses on a range of metrics (e.g., health of the system, where bugs might be occurring). Leads the refinement of products through data
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
Experience with systems software development (C/C++ or Rust) or database systems internals is a plus
Experience building a cloud product or infrastructure system on global scale
Experience with workflow orchestration and cloud infrastructure management
Experience with C# and .Net Framework
