Answer and manage 100% inbound Medicare calls from consumers actively seeking help
Conduct needs-based assessments to determine appropriate plan options
Deliver clear, compliant explanations of benefits and enrollment guidelines
Utilize CRM tools and internal systems to document interactions accurately
Work professionally within required regulations and quality guidelines
Provide a client-first experience—if a caller’s current coverage is already optimal, you confirm and advise accordingly
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development sessions
Qualification
Required
Ability to work full-time, remote, in a structured, fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and capable of navigating multiple software systems simultaneously
Self-driven, ethical, and committed to serving clients responsibly
Must be able to complete state health insurance licensing (company-supported)
