Responsibilities
Lead operational aspects of the product lifecycle in emerging markets, including SKU creation, pricing, and approvals for strategy and pricing requests
Lead third-party pricing integration between the client and mobile app stores
Define and manage release processes to deploy new system capabilities
Document processes and tools to support international expansion, FX handling, and third-party app store pricing
Plan and drive projects using Workfront and Power BI, including milestones and progress tracking
Communicate and coordinate with upstream and downstream stakeholders to align on strategy, plans, and impacts
Manage projects, build repeatable processes, and remove barriers to execution
Qualification
Required
5+ years in an operational role with proven project prioritization and delivery
Bachelor's degree
Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Excel development experience (VBA noted as a plus)
Proficiency with Workfront, Confluence/Wiki, SAP, SharePoint, and Power BI
Experience with process analysis, auditing, and driving process improvements
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear stakeholder communication
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; resilience and accuracy
Preferred
Experience creating training documentation or curriculum
Strong Visual Basic (VBA) and advanced Excel development skills
