Responsibilities

Maintaining minimum productivity levels in order to proactively build new relationships in the division and ensure market awareness with new producers on a monthly basis to achieve new producer and divisional sales goals
Actively developing new relationships and uncovering sales opportunities with new producers
Managing and working pipeline of prospects to drive activity and increase sales in division
Working collaboratively with divisional sales managers, external and internal wholesalers to offer prospects valuable solutions and an elevated client experience to drive sales
Assisting new producers in ensuring all required licenses and producer onboarding is handled seamlessly to help them submit their first case successfully
Conducting conference calls and webinars with financial professionals to close business
Coordinating activities and territory management with your external and internal partners to display united partnership and one team Lincoln
Effectively handing off the client relationship and service tasks in a seamless manner to other LFD sales professionals while assuring the client remains 100% satisfied

Required

4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
Proven success with proactive outbound sales in financial services industry
Strong sales, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Strong annuities background and technical knowledge of the industry
Motivated individuals that thrive on attaining both business and personal goals
Examples of business goals include monthly and annual sales goals, activity goals and converting inactive clients, and creating new producers
Demonstrated diligence and goal orientation
Knowledge and expertise leveraging internal CRM - Salesforce.com
Display characteristics tied to Lincoln's core values and leadership attributes including but not limited to Optimism, Action orientation, Attention to detail, Time and Territory management
