Responsibilities
Possess or obtain valid Property & Casualty as well as Life/Health licenses for Texas
Train directly with Farmers district manager to build agency skills and industry knowledge
Contact potential customers, quote, sell, and bind policies
Source and acquire a brick and mortar agency location
Build out a staff of at least two licensed employees
Maintain agency goals and metrics

Qualification
Required
Must either have, or be able to obtain TX Property & Casualty AND Life/Health licenses
Prior sales experience
An entrepreneurial spirit
Able to provide proof of liquid capital (financing options are available)
Leadership mindset
Eagerness and willingness to learn
Be adept at handling current technology
Preferred
Prior insurance experience (Farmers experience is a plus)
Already have TX P&C and Life/Health licenses
Bilingual - Spanish speaking
Prior business ownership experience
