Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate required (or ability to obtain within an agreed-upon timeframe)
Experience leading people in education, operations, or customer-facing environments
Proven ability to drive performance and manage competing priorities
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
