Mid, Senior LevelTalentsearchpro is focused on building production-grade LLM systems and is seeking an Applied LLM Engineer. The role involves enhancing the existing framework for enterprise customers, designing LLM-based agents for document automation, and iterating based on client feedback.
Responsibilities
Productionalizing the Platform: Taking the current 60% complete framework and making it performant for enterprise customers
Agentic Orchestration: Designing and evaluating LLM-based agents to automate complex document drafting (INDs, NDAs, BLAs)
Customer-Driven Iteration: Rapidly responding to feedback from major biopharma clients to ship new features
Qualification
Required
Experience Building LLM Systems: Specifically those that have been brought to production or are 'production-grade'
Technical Stack: Strong backend experience with Python (FastAPI/Django), AWS/Cloud scaling, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Pulumi)
Workflow Design: Hands-on experience designing multi-step LLM workflows, agentic systems, and advanced prompt engineering
Startup Mentality: Preference for engineers who have seen a company scale from Seed to Series B
Preferred
Regulated Industry Knowledge: Experience in life sciences, clinical R&D, or fintech is a plus but not a requirement
Frontend Development: Experience with React
