Responsibilities

Organize and orchestrate refurbishment operation activities to promote the highest quality standards and achieve On Time Delivery

Monitor production schedules and communicate potential interruptions to appropriate departments and personnel

Reduce costs through efficiencies, continuous improvement processes, and responsible use of resources

Communicate department and organizational targets, goals, and objectives with the team

Lead, motivate, and train a diverse group of employees to achieve departmental / organizational goals and objectives

Ensures sufficient material and labor resources to meet refurbishment operational requirements

Utilizes performance tracking metrics to monitor performance and provides timely feedback to employees on opportunities and recognizes employees for excellence

Conduct employee appraisals in accordance with HR standards and guidelines

Responsible for a safe environment (OSHA)

Responsible for the hiring, training, and discipline of employees in accordance with company policy. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions

Support accuracy of work orders and prepare and record all shipping documentation required for each outbound shipment

In conjunction with the Inventory team, is accountable for the overall inventory accuracy of the facility

Adhere to and support all safety procedures and SOP’s
