Responsibilities

Review and prepare monthly project billings for government agencies to ensure customer invoices are accurate

Help identify, generate, and ensure the proper recording and documentation of any required correcting entries

Research and respond to customer questions including customer reconciliations

Review of detailed government contracts and billing instructions

Proactively work with Program Management and the project team to prepare monthly cash forecast collections and funds run out analysis

Creating and maintaining projects within Deltek Costpoint financial system, consistently in accordance with company procedure

Other special projects as directed by management such as reconciliations, cleanup of migrated or closed projects, etc

Required

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience

4-6 years' experience in Microsoft Office applications including Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint

Experience and demonstrated knowledge of Deltek Costpoint and IMB Cognos Report

US Citizenship required for ability to obtain Security Clearance
