Responsibilities

Serves as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner leader for functional areas, delivering dedicated support to executive leadership, influencing across multiple career levels, and collaborating with senior leaders to deploy the People strategy while providing strategic, solution-oriented thought partnership to drive overall organizational success

Leads a high-performing team of Human Resources Business Partners, ensuring clarity, empowerment, and accountability for exceeding human resources metrics

Drives proactive associate relations and labor strategies in partnership with Centers of Excellence (COE), while consulting on related issues to ensure fair and equitable treatment for all associates

Collaborates with the compensation, benefits, HRIS, and other human resources teams to design and implement total reward and measurement systems aligned with the overall human resources strategy

Ensures compliance with regulations, audits, government reports and testing requirements

Implements talent acquisition, talent management, engagement, recognition and reward, diversity, equity and inclusion, organization effectiveness, and learning strategies that create a positive, productive work environment for associates

Fosters a working environment aligned with organizational values, ensuring leadership and associate relations remain collaborative and supportive

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

9+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management/supervisory capacity
