Rite of Passage is hiring an Assistant Program Director at South Florida Youth Academy in Miami, Florida, to improve the lives of youth. The role involves overseeing treatment and educational services, managing site operations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of the treatment, educational, vocational and student health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies and procedures as-well-as federal, state, and local rules, regulations, licensing, practices and laws
Responsible for the day-to-day site operations, administrative oversight for the site, and leader of the site management team
Ensures that the Mission and Values of ROP are represented in every facet under his/her organizational control
Develops, implements, manages and modifies the Rite of Passage program
Assists the Program Director with managing the budget, site expenditures, Position Control Roster, and reporting
Training and continuous development of site management team
Ensure training compliance (Pre-Service, Ops, OJT, and In-Service)
Employee Evaluation Discipline and/or corrective action; Ensures proper staffing levels are maintained within established Position Control Roster standards
Qualification
Required
Have a BA/BS in related field
Have experience working with the Department of Juvenile Justice in Florida
Have a minimum of four years of related experience in residential facility management
Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Preferred
master's degree preferred
