The Research Technician Assistant will care for various species of animals, perform clinical observations, blood collection, drug dosing, and ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

Care for different species of animals at our state-of-the-art safety sites
Learn new skills ranging from animal care and handling of laboratory animals
Perform clinical observations
Blood collection
Drug dosing
Perform accurate data collection and reporting

Required

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.)
0-6 months related experience in animal research and/or husbandry preferred

Has the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Pays attention to detail
Dependable
Ability to work independently
Ability to multitask
Ability to think on your feet
