Responsibilities

As a systems engineer for Conventional Prompt Strike Program, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for various aspects of Systems Engineering including hardware, requirements, and Integration and Test (I&T)

Required

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire
U.S. citizenship is required

Leadership experience
Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards
Working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical or Power Engineering design and development practices
Experience in hands-on testing and verification
Ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
Experience with MATLAB Simulink
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices
Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success
A growing leader with a history of task ownership and accountability for team success
Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions
