Assist with client implementations for COBRA and/or Direct Bill
Ensure timely and accurate setup of all applicable services associated with the implementation and serviced accounts
Configuration of net new customer accounts
Renewal service support and configuration for in-force client accounts
Ability to assist with additional requests, as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years Experience in COBRA and Direct Bill implementation, service, and support
Excellent understanding of connectedness between HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, and Carrier systems
Experience working with third party integrations
Understand benefits including federal and state-based compliance, ACA, COBRA, life and ancillary benefit, etc
Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
Open to learning multiple benefits technology
Collaborative and partner-oriented mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
MS Office
Google Suite
Preferred
Experience working with WEX solution
Experience working within PlanSource or Employee Central Benefits
